Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dermalogy, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare and laser services in a professional and timely manner. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made at Dermalogy are final and non-refundable. This applies to all treatments, packages, and services, regardless of whether they are paid in full or through a payment plan.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • A change of mind after purchase
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Discontinuation of treatments before the full course is completed

We encourage all clients to thoroughly review their treatment plans and ask any necessary questions before making a purchase.

Non-Transferable Services

All treatments and service packages are non-transferable. Services purchased cannot be gifted, sold, or transferred to another individual under any circumstance.

Deposit Requirement

To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.

  • This deposit is non-refundable, even if you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance.
  • The deposit amount will be applied toward your service at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to accommodate all clients fairly and efficiently, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in:
    • A $75 cancellation fee being charged for package holders, or
    • The forfeiture of one session from your package.
  • A “No Show” (failing to attend your appointment without prior notice) will also be subject to the same penalties.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, as last-minute changes impact our ability to serve other clients.
